1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NANU ROOFING website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
NANU ROOFING provides professional roofing services including:
- Roof repairs and maintenance
- New roof installations
- Flat roofing systems
- Guttering and fascias
- Chimney repairs
- Emergency roofing services
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to adjustment upon final inspection of the work required. We provide free, no-obligation quotations for all work. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
4. Guarantees and Warranties
We offer the following guarantees on our work:
- 10-year guarantee on new roof installations
- 5-year guarantee on repairs
- Manufacturer warranties on materials (as specified)
Guarantees are void if work is carried out by other contractors without our written consent, or if damage is caused by external factors (storms, fallen trees, etc.).
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property information
- Ensuring access to the property at arranged times
- Notifying us of any changes to contact details
- Securing valuables and valuables prior to work commencing
- Obtaining necessary permissions (conservation area, listed building) where applicable
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours notice without charge. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a 25% fee may apply. Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable for materials already purchased and labour already carried out.
7. Liability
NANU ROOFING maintains public liability insurance up to £2,000,000. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of NANU ROOFING and is protected by UK copyright laws. No content may be reproduced without our written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
